In this workshop, we’ll explore the core as it relates to three main areas:

  1. Your spine
  2. Your pelvic floor and thoracic diaphragms
  3. Your abdominals


Our two hours together are divided between practice and discussion. Enjoy a 60-minute core-focused movement practice using bodyweight exercises and additional props for external load and feedback. We’ll then debrief on everything the class covered, leaving plenty of time for Q+A.

You’ll walk away knowing how to keep your core responsive and strong regardless of what life throws your way.
